Clinical Project Manager – Kent

Leading organisation in Kent are looking for an experienced Clinical Project Manager, to work on an initial 6 month contract, taking responsibility for the delivery of one or more clinical studies, from study concept through to reporting, submission and needed regulatory defense activities.

Contract £35-£45 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED

- Take responsibility for study deliverables to the business unit study clinician.
- Work as the primary point of contact between the business unit and development operations.
- Presenting the Business units needs to the study team and represent the study team when interacting with the business unit.
- Lead the cross functional integration of all components of a study, by working with study team members.
- Lead operational delivery at the study level
- Optimise operational efficiency – Manage study resources, establish accurate study level budgets and forecasts, manage, update and deliver against forecast, ensure operational effectiveness.
- Analyse and Manage risks and opportunities
- Influence strategy and ensure operational alignment.
- Manage information and communications.

QUALIFICATIONS:
You are required to have a strong academic background, with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in one of the disciplines related to life sciences, drug development, project management or business.

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:
- Have extensive clinical operations and pharmaceutical business experience.
- Leadership, project management, resource management, administrative and technical capabilities.
- Knowledge of team development principals and successful implementation.
- Experience of supporting regulatory submissions is highly desirable.
