Scientific Advisor - Surrey

Leading organisation in Surrey are looking for an experienced Scientific Advisor to work on an initial 3 month contract.

Contract £45-£65 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Sign-off and approval of marketing materials or activities
- Provision of medical insight and expert opinion as appropriate
- Attendance at meetings requiring medical input, support or representation
- Input and guidance to clinical trial activity and the management of independent research grants and associated budgets
- Supports colleagues (marketing, medical and field-based medical)
- Reviews and inputs to regulatory documents, strategy and pharmacovigilance matters as appropriate
- Liaises with customers to ensure adequate scientific communication with key opinion leaders and potential users

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
For this role you must have a solid background within the Scientific and Pharmaceutical industry, with experience in Europe and of European codes of practice.

Would be ideal to have experience of Acrobat reader and proficiency in MS Office.  ABPI compliance and SmPC knowledge.  Desirable experience includes: CVMED or Ophthalmolgy experience/knowledge.
